Ken, what are your thoughts about this Sonic Frontiers animation? As in the movie, this too shows the motif of one Echidna obtaining ultimate power via the Master Emerald, and also hints at other more futuristic Echidna civilizations.

Right now, I'm taking a wait and see attitude to see where any of this goes. I recently saw a trailer for SONIC PRIME after someone said they saw Julie-Su in it, and I could understand the confusion, as it was Amy Rose that somewhat resembled Julie-Su but more than likely is a roboticized version of the character. Personally speaking, I really don't care if SEGA wishes to wash their hands of a 25-year asset in the making. Their loss, not mine.
@ken_penders But Ken, if they're using characters and premises you created for Archie in games, movies, and shows, that means they're drawing a lot of material from things you created. That means SEGA isn't washing their hands of that comic series. They're using it to further everything else they have.
